1. Rescue my Hair Mask

This does absolute WONDERS for my hair. Using this hair mask 1-2 times per week seriously makes your hair feel so much softer and healthier. If you have really fine, grease-prone hair I would recommend rinsing it out after use! But I have pretty thick, dry hair — I actually just put a tiny bit on my ends after I shower and leave it in (rather than rinsing it out). Buy Rescue My Hair Mask on Amazon for $16

2. L’Oreal True Match LUMI Glotion

This is a lotion that literally makes you glow. I love using this after washing my face on days that I don’t feel like putting on makeup. My roommates and I describe its main function as “making you look less dead” šŸ˜‰ Buy Lumi Glotion at Walmart for $12

3. SmashBox CLIMAX

I love this mascara! I’ve tried tons of different kinds and never have I liked a mascara as much as this one. It does an amazing job of separating lashes and giving them a natural, whispy look. It also stays on very well, doesn’t flake off, and comes off easily with face wash or makeup remover. Buy NARS Climax Mascara at Ulta Beauty for $24

4. Tarte In Bloom Clay Eyeshadow Palette

Tarte palettes smell like chocolate, so that in itself is a major pro. I love this palette because it has a great collection of natural pink, nude and brown colors. Perfect for an everyday look OR a more dramatic night out. The colors blend together really well and are moderately pigmented, meaning you don’t have to apply a ton to your brush in order to see the color on your eyes, yet it isn’t overly dark either. Buy Tartelette In Bloom Palette at Ulta for $40

5. BABY LIPS, Cherry Me Lip Balm

I love this tinted lip balm because it moisturizes your lips while giving them the perfect amount of color. No lip stick necessary for keeping your lips pink and baby smooth. Buy at Walmart for $4

6. WET Brush

HOW you brush your hair is absolutely crucial to your hair health. As well as what you use to brush it. Some people actually say you should never brush your hair because it is so damaging. I can’t go without brushing mine, so using a WET brush is the absolute best alternative to keeping healthy hair and minimal split ends. It uses IntelliFlexĀ® bristles, (whatever that means) but they are said to stimulate hair follicles to promote growth AND glide through tangles without ripping your hair! Buy WET Brush at Walmart for $12

7. Hyaluronic Acid Serum

Checkout my blog post about the importance of Hyaluronic Acid. To summarize, in our 20s, we lose the ability to retain moisture in our skin. Moisturized skin is KEY to maintaining youthful looking skin. Hyaluronic Acid helps your face soak up and retain moisture in your face. It’s good for any skin type; oily, dry, acne-prone, etc. Using daily will significantly make a difference in your skin. Buy on Amazon for $15

8. Real Techniques Beauty Sponge

If you don’t want to spend $20 on the ‘original beauty blender’ I highly recommend the Real Techniques sponges. If you use liquid foundation you should ABSOLUTELY be using a sponge (like this) to apply. Using a brush pulls at your skin and can actually encourage wrinkles and droopy skin. BE KIND to your face šŸ™‚ Buy at Target for $5

9. SmashBox Studio Skin 15-hour Hydrating Foundation

Smashbox Studio Skin is awesome because it is super light coverage (not heavy and cakey) but is super buildable, meaning you can easily apply more and it will create a more full-coverage look. It also looks AMAZING in photos– no ghost face effects of flash photography! If you’re thinking about buying, definitely check out Ulta and ask a rep to help you find the perfect shade. Buy at Ulta for $36

10. Fake Bake Self Tanner

This is definitely not for everyone, but personally I really like having a natural looking glow/tan to my body’s skin color. This is an amazing alternative if you dare still go in tanning beds (PLEASE STOP). It’s easy to apply and you only have to do it about once a week. Comment below if you’d like me to do a post or video tutorial on how to apply and show before/after photos. Buy on Amazon for $18
